Original Advice

DO: Move your body before you move your mouth.

Burn The Fuse In Your Muscles

Your anxiety isn’t mysterious. It’s unused fire. It piles up in your jaw, behind your eyes, in the fists you keep pretending are relaxed. You call it overthinking, but it’s under-moving. You try to fix it with words: spiraling texts, arguments, reassurance hunts. None of that works. Your body is already screaming. Your mouth is just echoing it.

Your first impulse is to speak, argue, defend, demand clarity. That’s how you leak energy and call it honesty. Stop feeding every spark a speech. Give your body the first move: pace, run, shake, push against the floor, feel your heartbeat get loud. Let your muscles process what your brain keeps recycling. Sweat first. Then decide if anything still needs saying.

Cosmic Context

You are a fire sign ruled by Mars; your body is the battlefield and the engine. When you move first, you lead your own war instead of starting accidental ones.
