Writing is triage. Your nervous system calms when you sort, label, and total. Facts stand up; fears collapse without props. A timestamp exposes urgency theater. Names, dates, quotes, receipts—these are your oxygen. When the page shows three facts and twelve anxieties, you know the culprit. Choose action from data, not dread. Power returns to your hands, not the rumor mill.
