Original Advice

DO: Text a friend and name what hurts.

Call the Pain By Name

You think silence is strength. It isn't. The heaviness wins when you swallow it. What hurts has already happened; pretending it doesn't only gives it more room. Type the exact name of the ache. Not metaphors. Not jokes. Send it to a human who knows you. Let the message leave your body and live somewhere else, where it can be answered.

You want action. Fine—this is action. Naming the wound directs your fire instead of letting it scorch the kitchen at 2 a.m. Specific words anchor slippery feelings; they give your friend a handle to pull you back with. 'I am empty since the call.' 'My chest hurts every morning.' Sharpen language, reduce drama, increase truth. Precision is mercy.

Cosmic Context

Mars rules you. Directness is your native tongue. Use it on yourself and your force stops leaking into silence and starts moving again.
