Original Advice

DO: Name the fear out loud today.

Make the Monster Say Its Name

Stop pretending silence is strength. The fear is already steering your day, while you smile like a billboard. You know its fingerprints on your sleep, your inbox, your tone. Dodging it keeps it large. Sound shrinks it. Use your mouth like a floodlight and a knife. Say the exact creature. Not “stress.” Not “busy.” Say: I am afraid of ______.

When you say it, the theater ends. Echo makes it ordinary, measurable, beatable. The body recalibrates to a real target instead of a blur. Plans can hook into nouns, not fog. Also, secrets tax you. Paying in posture, delay, overwork. Calling it out turns you from prey to narrator. Name it once. Name it twice. Watch its costume fall off.

Cosmic Context

You are Leo, fixed fire, solar loudspeaker. Naming fear is solar work: light exposes, heat sterilizes.
